30% discount On the counter price based on the season, only for pickup and return at Tulum and Playa del Carmen offices. * For rentals of 7 days or more, a 50% discount is offered on the Drop Off service according to the list price, only to the destinations of Merida, Cancun Airport, and Cancun Hotel Zone. For returns outside the designated area, this benefit is NULL. * An UPGRADE to the next CATEGORY will be offered if the requested category in your reservation is not available in order to complete the rental and honor the reservation. * 50% discount on the DELIVERY and RETURN service, if requested, on the counter cost to Riviera Maya points (Bahia Petempich, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Puerto Morelos, Xpu-Ha, and Tulum). Applies to rentals from one day and in all seasons. IMPORTANT: For delivery and pickup services, an ALAMO sales representative will be properly uniformed to assist the holder of the "Lunara Member Rewards Card," carrying all necessary tools to complete the contract in the presence of the client.
The requirements for renting are as follows:
* Present the "Lunara Member Rewards Card."
* Credit card (no other payment methods accepted).
* ID, INE, or passport (valid and physical, only for identity verification).
* Physical and valid driver's license (licenses from other countries are valid as long as they are current, international licenses are also accepted).
Depending on the season. Mention the discount request during the call. Valid only for counter reservations and rates, not valid for reservations made through websites or call centers, and only valid for reservations in the Riviera Maya area (Tulum or Playa del Carmen).
