Outpatient consultation is when the patient visits the doctor's office only for a consultation, by appointment. Not applicable for medical consultation in the hospital (this is an outpatient service, see item b).
b) 15% discount on outpatient services, excluding the use of materials and medications, which will be charged at the regular price.
Outpatient service is any service received by the patient within the facilities when, due to their condition, they do not need to be hospitalized (stay overnight in the hospital).
c) 15% discount on hospitalization services. Includes any consumption during the hospitalization period (nursing services, diagnostic studies - imaging and laboratory -, materials, medications, gases, equipment, operating room, and room).
d) Discounts on outpatient and hospitalization services DO NOT include fees for interconsultant doctors.
e) 15% discount on check-ups for company personnel.
f) 24/7 emergency consultation 365 days a year with our staff doctor in the emergency area for $200.00 (price includes VAT).
g) Agreement rate for COVID tests taken at the hospital: $500 for antigen and $1500 for PCR.
Present the Lunara Member Rewards Card and mention from the very beginning that you have an agreement with the "Círculo de la Salud" program and present your INE. Services will be paid for by the patients at the time they are required. Discounts offered to members are based on regular prices. These are subject to change without prior notice, so the price after the discount may also vary. Program discounts are applicable for payment in cash or by credit card.
